Barbecued Lamb RibsThis recipe is for about 2-3 lbs of ribs. I have always cooked more than that and increased the ingredients, sticking to the same general ratios.

Note: I always boil my ribs, I have experimented cooking various rib recipes with and without boiling the ribs, and I have found that they always come out more tender and juicy if you boil the ribs first. Mix marinade ingredients together, add ribs, marinate 2-3 hrs. Put ribs in baking pan in single layer, brush marinade over ribs, cook at 350° F for approx 30 min, add rest of marinade to pan, cook another 15 min. As I said I always boil the ribs first, cooking time will be longer if you don't boil. I have tried this without boiling the ribs and it did not come out well, they were dry and hard. I have also tried barbecuing them and they did not taste as good that way either. |
